Public Speaking & Storytelling Events

CDS partners have addressed numerous organizational meetings, conferences, and trade events on issues of story and new media. Their presentations can demonstrate through media examples, writing exercises, and group discussions a broad array of applications of story in community, health, social services, educational, and business settings.

In addition, we have more than 20 years experience on staff in event production for the performing and media arts. We can assist with end-to-end planning and logistical support for public storytelling showcases to feature stories created through our workshop process. Possibilities include community-based screenings to raise awareness about and mobilize involvement in specific social issues; specially curated programs for film festivals; benefits or celebrations; and more.
